PURSUANT TO 18 U.S.C. SECTION 1350
In connection with the accompanying Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of
Entertainment Properties Trust (the "Issuer") for the quarter ended June 30,
2002, I, David M. Brain, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer,
hereby certify pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 1350, as adopted pursuant to
Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to the best of my knowledge and
belief, that:
